By transferring payment, it is understood that you agree to the terms of service listed bellow:
❥ The artist has the right to decline/refuse a commission for any reason at their discretion.
❥ Reference images are required.

Deadlines and Updates:
❥ I aim to complete commissioned work within two (2) weeks from date of received payment. The commissioner will be informed of any delays, or inability to complete in the above stated timeframe.
Payment:
❥ Payment must be made upfront or after sketch approval and through Ko-fi only.
❥ Refunds will not be issued afterwards. If no work had been previously completed, the client will receive a refund.
Usage and Distribution:
❥ Works of art completed are for personal use ONLY. Personal use art is owned by the artist and protected by the below stipulations:
• Under no circumstances is it acceptable to alter, revise, or edit a piece of art provided by me without written consent.
• I must always be credited when commissioned work is shared, regardless of platform.
• Under no circumstances, commercial or otherwise, should my art be minted as NFTs or used in any projects related to NFTs.
• Under no circumstances should my art ever be used for AI training or prompting purposes.
❥ I retain the right to display my commissions in portfolios, on social media, etc., unless requested otherwise by the client.
❥ I retain the copyright to any commissioned artwork.
The commissioner must read, understand and agree to all the above terms before buying a commission. By sending payment, the commissioner automatically agrees to the above terms.
